Some brands/manufacturers offer a 30 day full money back guarantee on select products which we will of course honor. Shipping and handling charges are nonrefundable.

Your item(s) needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase and provide a copy of your packing slip/order with the item(s) listed.

Online purchases can also be returned in store at Power Tool & Supply for an exchange or refund within 30 days of your purchase. Just bring the item along with the packing slip/order and we will gladly exchange or refund the purchase.

The item is unopened and in a new condition when returning or exchanging a product. For safety reasons, items cannot contain oil or gas in them at the time of return or exchange. If you wish to send us a tool for warranty repair, please package it with a copy of the original purchase receipt, a description of the problem, along with your name, email, address and phone number. We will honor all of our manufacturer’s warranty policies.
