Lever Throttle Scaling Hammer / Needle Scaler Kit. Ideal for removing weld spatter, rust, scale and debris from hard-to-reach surfaces. Useful in oil fields, fabrication shops, petrochemical plants and foundries. Chisels are held firmly in place and cannot rotate. To change chisel depress pin in collar and rotate collar. Includes needle attachment, 1 extra set of 3mm 7" needles, 1 extra set of 3mm 5" needles, 1 pc #398 chisel, 1 pc #397 chisel, 1 pc #398 chisel and a blow molded carrying case to keep everything in.
