The high-output 15-Amp, 2400-Watt, 6600 rpm, AC/DC compatible motor of the Metabo® W 24-230 MVT 9-Inch Angle Grinder delivers heavy-duty performance so you can remove material quickly. An auto-stop carbon brush system provides superior motor protection while a patented Long-life dust protection system offers maximum service life. Featuring an ergonomic swiveling rear grip with safety lock switch, the Metabo electric angle grinder allows tool-free rear handle rotation and locking for maximum versatility. The convenient burst-proof guard includes a tool-less adjustment collar for improved productivity. A removable anti-vibration side handle can be mounted in three positions for added flexibility. The head assembly of the Metabo angle grinder includes a large 7/8-inch treaded arbor with spindle lock for easy accessory exchange of up to 9-inch wheels.
